Some awful stuff from Croatia: Pascal Morency is out for the season with what his team called (through Google Translate) severe and life-threatening head injuries suffered last week in a fall, and wouldn’t be able to get back on the ice until the season was over. Doug in the comments noted that release, wherein the team says Morency violated its code of conduct in the process. Another report here.
