Bridgeport native John Mayer is apparently recovered from his recent throat troubles and is embarking on his first tour in about two years.
He will play the Oakdale in Wallingford on Sunday, April 22, with tickets ($64-$99) on sale Saturday, March 3, at 10 a.m. through www.LiveNation.com or through Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.
Mayer’s new Don Was-produced album, “Born and Raised,” will be coming out sometime in the spring and features contributions from David Crosby and Graham Nash.
